About 18 months ago I released the Customer Experience Strategy Canvas to help companies capture their strategies in relation to their customers on one page.
The Canvas has now been used by many companies, I have run training courses on how to apply it, and is available globally. Based on feedback from users and ongoing improvement, a new version of the Canvas has been released.
